Annual Charity Golf Tournament

Our annual charity golf tournament takes place on Thursday, June 4, 2026. You can register by going to events and going to that date.

For our 23rd Annual Charity Golf Tournament on June 1st, 2023 in support of The SickKids Burn Program, we had wonderful weather.

On Tuesday, June 4th, 2024, we returned to the beautiful and challenging Cardinal Golf Club in Newmarket!!

Event Details:

Format:
18 Hole Shotgun - A shotgun start is a format for a golf tournament where all players start at different holes at the same time. This allows large numbers of golfers to complete a round in a reasonable time.

Course:
We will be playing the beautiful and challenging West Wing course at Cardinal Golf Club!

Registration:
After dropping off your clubs at the bag drop, please park your car and go to the SFPE tent for registration.

Golf Cart Raffle:
Pick up a raffle ticket when you check-in on the day of the tournament... you might be playing your round in style!!

Locker Rooms:
Lockers are available to each player.

Fees and Gratuities:
Our Golf Tournament takes care of fees and gratuities.

Practice Areas:
Putting greens and the driving range will open at 8:30 A.M.

Golf Shop:
Golf Shop will open at 8:30 A.M.

Cell Phones:
Cell phone use is not permitted in the clubhouse or on the golf course.

Attire:
Casual attire during the day and evening. Please wear collared shirts on the golf course. Bermuda shorts are acceptable. Only soft spike shoes are allowed on the course. No jackets required for cocktails and dinner.

Tees:
Men use the white or back tees. Women use the red or forward tees.

Schedule For the Day:
8:30 to 9:45 AM Breakfast, Driving range practice and Registration
10:00 AM Tee off
11:00 AM to 2:00 PM Lunch
3:15 to 4:15 PM Cocktails
4:30 to 7:00 PM Dinner
Lunch, Refreshments, Cocktails and Dinner:
Lunch will be served at the kiosk near the registration table. Course refreshments and snacks can be found at the 9th and 18th holes and there are two beverage carts that constantly 'patrol' the course.

Dinner Menu:
Buffet Style. Please let us know if you have food allergies and/or require a special meal.

Final Foursome and Tee Assignments:
Available at registration.

Prizes:
We will have a variety of prizes and draws that will swing into action at dinner. Prize donations are welcome.
