For members of our Chapter who are also members of SFPE International in good standing. Eligible members will be emailed an access code. This ticket is only available until the Friday preceding the event.
Ticket 2 (PRE-PAID) – $80.00
For all members of our Chapter. This ticket is only available until the Friday preceding the event.
Ticket 3 (PRE-PAID) – $50.00
For all Junior and Senior members of our Chapter, and Past Presidents of our Chapter. This ticket is only available until the Friday preceding the event.
Ticket 4 – $100.00
For all non-members of our Chapter and registrations after the Friday preceding the event.

SYNOPSIS:

The Fire and Emergency Services Training Institute (FESTI) will be conducting live burn demonstrations for event registrants. Registrants will be able to witness the live burn demonstrations and firefighting response efforts. A liaison from FESTI will guide the viewers as to the strategy and tactics of the firefighters whilst they control / extinguish the fire. The following live burn demonstrations will be conducted:

Structural burn utilizing FESTI’s multi-storey tower structure;
Flammable liquid pool fire;
Residential unit with modern furniture; and
Residential unit with antiquated furniture.

The event will follow with a debrief in the theatre to review the live burn demonstrations, the differences between residential units having modern vs. antiquated furniture., and the capabilities of the FESTI facility and how companies could utilize their facility to test theories and best practices.
